Learn how to cook and bake with your health in mind and take home your own amazing culinary blend designed for you and your family's needs.

We will learn a basic template for blending your artisan teas. You will learn the benefits of several medicinal herbs and create your own special blend wrapped in a beautiful gift bag ready for gifting, sharing, or enjoying yourself.
